Colonnades Condominiums

A 55+ condominium community located on beautiful South Hutchinson Island in
Fort Pierce, Florida. The community consists of 11 separate associations – each
managed by its own Board of Directors.

A private marina on scenic Faber Cove offers dock slips for leasing to residents
of the Colonnades.

Board of Directors meetings are held at 10:30am in the clubhouse on the fourth Tuesday during the months of January, February, March, April, October, and November
